This Raleigh Misceo came as your standard hybrid with a 3x cranks, Alivio groupset, long stem/narrow risers, and 35mm tires. I bought it for $130 used and switched all the components out for AliExpress components to make it exactly how I wanted. The only original components are the frame, fork, and wheels. It now had a sealed bearing headset, 1x drivetrain, hollow cranks, 203mm disc rotors front and back, 35mm stem and 780×60 rise handlebars, and 40mm tires (front fork has massive clearance, chainstays max out at 40mm). I previously had it set up with 1×8 11-42, but I gave that shifting setup to my brother and decided to try singlespeed. All in all I have about $300 or less invested in this bike and I love riding it. I also bought all my tools on AliExpress and can do every job necessary on my bike with them. I just wanted to share this so people can see you don't have to spend a lot to make your bike how you want and pretty cool (I'm biased…). I know many people are apprehensive about AlExpress components, but they have been good to me and have allowed me to mess with my bikes without dumping my savings into what is a hobby for me. I mean, the chainrings are $4 – $6 and you can choose between round and oval. If you have questions about the components and how much they were, feel free to ask and I will try to reply.

Hell yeah, I have a similar situation… converted a Raleigh Tripper from an IGH to a 1×11 and it’s awesome!
Flat bar gang gang
Any details on the 1×8 11-42 that was formerly on this bike?
