I Just got a grizl AL 7 (I chose Alloy to be more scratch proof than CF – off topic tho lol)
But I noticed there’s an offset between the down tube and seat tube. Is it part of the geometry or not ?
I wonder if I should contact Canyon about it

Normal! Its to make space for the front derailleur. Got the same bike, with the same offset. I guess denting the alloy beam to make the space would weaken it, so this is the better solution.
Yes this is normal. Asymmetric frames are used to make space for components.
