  1. Put the resistance all the way up on the stationary bike. Better yet, get on a real bike and trek up a hill. No better muscle builder and fat destroyer than that.

U aint burning body fat lifting heavy weights youll grow muscle we need to clear up the term burn body fat in reality its not possible you can burn calories which if its enough to put you in a calorie defecit you will burn body fat this all begins mainly in the kitchen you could do cardio for hours if you stuff your face with more calories youll burn nothing

  3. CAP!!!! Stationary bike works. Anything that gets your heart pumping helps you out. These fitness people online are full of it. Just up the resistance and intensity

Calorie deficit and lifting weights is gonna be optimal for transforming your body but just 10 to 20 minutes of cardio after your workout can boost your metabolism and burn more calories so it's the cherry on top of your routine. You shouldn't limit yourself to one or the other if you can, do both

  5. This is half baked. While strength training gives most ROI on time, Zone 2 cardio like cycling is VERY effective in losing extra fat without wrecking on joints, knees, nervous system. So ideally you would want to mix strength training and low intensity cardio like cycling for great body recomposition. But stating that cycling doesn’t help to reduce fat is incorrect. Most efficient? No.

  6. I do quads resistance intervals on stationary bike to get a hybrid workout from it. 3 minutes on high, 2 minutes on medium, 1 minute on low.

    It also makes my mind go blank, making me feel meditative af, so to each their own.

  7. He is a man who does not know what he’s saying.. we do not lose fat the same way. Eating right is number one.. weight lifting makes you extremely hungry also and you risk injury. Less is more lady .. stay on your bike. Lift when you can

  8. He's right and wrong at the same time. Intensity is key if youre leisurely on the stationary bike coasting by, it will take you a lot longer to lose weight than if you do 5 intervals of 20 secs ALL OUT effort with mintue breaks in between.

  9. It’s diet and exercise, whether it’s recumbent bike or weights. Strength is important, but so is cardio. Depends on your goal. This guy is a Mr. Know it all.

  10. Take his advice with a grain of salt 😂 Do what works for you my beautiful people!! If the stationary bike is all you can do or motivated to do, THEN DO THAT!! You can always graduate to more intensive training later❤️💯

    Side note: he isn’t wrong that weight training WILL give you the body you truly desire in the long run but we all have to start from somewhere! Slow and steady wins the race!

  11. Lost 50 lbs in 3 months on both stationary and outdoor bike. 20 miles a day 5 days a week a lots of stretching. Rice, steak/chicken, avacado, spinach, smoothies for breakfast etc. it’s not as hard as it seems and u can deff lose weight on just a stationary bike if you push yourself consistently.
