Hi everyone, I’m reposting this because I had some issues uploading the gif or video from desktop.
Five days ago I received my Canyon Endurace CF6, and yesterday, March 21, I went out for my first ride about 30 km, no crashes, hits, or impacts on any components.
However, I’ve noticed a small issue with the chain and the rear cassette. When I shift to a harder gear (a smaller cog), especially in the middle part of the cassette, the chain seems unsure which cog to grab onto it skips for a moment and then settles on one.
I’m not sure if this is normal (I don’t think so), or if it could simply be a chain tension issue — maybe it’s too loose? The only gear that seems to work perfectly is the largest cog, where everything runs smoothly and quietly.
I’m a beginner, so I just want to be sure I’m not doing something wrong. Could it be that in the situation shown in the video I should switch to the big chainring at the front instead?
P.s I would like to add a video but the subreddit doesn’t allow post with text + video

Watch a video on how to adjust your H and L screws on your derailleur then sit in a comfortable position, get a star screw driver, flip the bike upside down and get to micro adjusting while shifting across all gears and turning the pedals with your hand. Adjust till it’s switching silently across all gears.
Thanks everyone. I’ll be honest, I’ll go to a bike shop and get it fixed
