We didn’t expect French food to be like this… especially in Aix-en-Provence. 🇫🇷

In this video, we spend the day wandering through one of the most charming cities in the south of France, tasting our way through local dishes we’d never tried before! From sweet crêpes and pastries to classic Provençal flavours, seafood, and one very unexpected plate that completely caught us off guard…

Rather than chasing “the best” spots or viral food trends, we wanted to experience French food the way it actually feels when you’re there. This means sitting down, trying new things, and letting the flavours (and surprises) speak for themselves. Some dishes we instantly loved… others took a bit more courage 😅

Aix-en-Provence turned out to be the perfect place for this kind of slow, curious food adventure. Between historic streets, relaxed cafés, and family-run restaurants, it reminded us why food is such an important part of travel. Not just what you eat, but how and where you eat it!
