Probably not well put on the frame. You should have a screw hitting the hanger to help keeping it away from the chainstays.

Lower tab on back of derailleur mount needs to sit on top of the lip on the hanger, is currently below.

Looks like you’ve got way to much chain on there. Review the procedure for chain sizing and shorten it.

There is a tab on your derailleur that holds it in place, and it is on the wrong side of the hanger. You have it toward the front of the bike. You want it on the backside of that hanger that it is mounted to.

The upper joint off the derailleur should sit more horizontally backwards, is there another ‘blob’ sticking out that will sit on the hanger

There is a tab on your derailleur that holds it in place, and it is on the wrong side of the hanger. You have it toward the front of the bike. You want it on the backside of that hanger that it is mounted to.
