Gemini Rigel chainring issues

Looking for advice regarding Gemini Rigel chainrings.

1. When installin few of 8 bolts, some made creaking/cracking noise even below 2nm (recommended by manufacturer). As is it carbon, should I be worried? My local mechanic said he would file a warranty claim, though has little experience with carbon chainrings.

2. The noise when riding two largest cogs of the cassette is excessive. I do have bunch of other chainrings and never experienced this. The chain is brand new, correct length and tension is fine.

Would love to hear experiences from someone who owns this chainring or has experience with them. Already filled a warranty claim, not sure if I should keep riding this or swap back to Garbaruk/SRAM.
