IMO, Probably drivetrain and headset first, Then next wheelset, And the rest is the cockpit.

I would get foot retention. No brakes makes this bike pretty dangerous without straps or cages.

Maybe just a saddle foot retention and a water bottle cage and some thicker tires if you’re riding fixed especially for the rear

  4. Ditch the kickstand, get some SPDs. Or straps if you must, but they are a bit more likely to injure you in a crash. Either way, you cannot brake effectively enough on a bike with no brakes and no foot retention.

    for now, don’t upgrade anything,,,

you JUST got the bike,…. ride it for a few weeks and then change components based on personal experience

there is no reason to swap anything until you have practical knowledge on how the bike rides and handles

gotta say tho… the kickstand is a hoot.. never seen one on a fixxie,,,, keep it though, don’t conform to norms.. bikes don’t need to fit a preconceived idea.. make this ride 100% your own

  6. As soon as you can, change those cranks. My first fixed gear bike had those cranks and over time the chainring will separate from the cranks, I had it easy where it just slipped back a bit.

Then those hubs, their threads are pretty weak and could give out when you’re trying to slow down, happened to me, thankfully the chain got jammed between the cogs and the spokes.

Pedals, those pedals won’t last long, maybe swap it out for something that can hold straps.

That stem could do but I don’t think it has much strength so I suggest you switch that out for something else too.

  7. Saddle, cranks (if you plan on riding it fixed and not single speed), foot retention (if you plan on riding fixed) and a front brake
