  1. Simply wonderful. Richter has the ability to transform the minimalist genre into a journey of the soul. The melodies repeat continuously, yet something new always happens, like a circular dance upon which a beneficial rain falls. It's rare to achieve such a pared-down musical language, so simple yet profound. It's simply moving.❤

  3. Holy cow whats the no name song 😢 this guy is incredible and so are those who play alongside with him 👏🏽 amazing talent so incredibly touching wow 👏🏽

  4. The sound design here is on another level. This is exactly why I fell in love with Melodic Techno. That bassline transition at 2:45 is pure magic! Thanks for keeping the scene alive. 🌑🔥

  5. Hi! Just a small note in case it’s helpful — the piece starting at 45:38 in Max Richter’s recital appears to be “Movement, Before All Flowers” rather than “Andante.”
    Movement, Before All Flowers: https://youtu.be/xypyGjJq2jk?si=xfs9nXKQGQZ7dbp0
    Andante: https://youtu.be/WznUfUCxytI?si=d9w5PxFEFMREh5o2
I’m mentioning it only because it’s such a beautiful and widely listened-to moment in the performance (as YouTube also reflects), and it might be nice for it to be credited correctly.
Thank you for sharing this wonderful recital.
