What are these spots on the downtube and fork?
At first I thought these were impacts from little rocks that pierced the paint causing te alloy frame to rust and cause these orange spots. Then I noticed the same on the carbon fork, which threw off my hypothesis. Anyone else experiencing this?

It’s probably a tree sap. Completely normal. Try wiping it with alcohol or wd-40
Most likely its embedded iron. Use an Iron remover designed for auto detailing. Clear coat has lost of peaks and valleys and the iron gets embedded in it
Most probably, I’m sure 98%, it is black poplar buds. Since you didn’t get rid of them immediately you stuck with these traces.
Maybe try some polishing compound as a last resort.
Moi, j’ai des tâches matte qui sont apparues sur le cadres. J’ai du faire plusieurs traitements avec polish et wax. Pour le ravoir. Et en fait c’est à cause de ma transpiration.
