When trying to shift to a easier gear, both buttons get pressed simultaneously and therefore its doesn’t shift. I can shift to a harder gear no problem. Seems like the two buttons are somewhat stuck together, any tips?

The buttons being ‘stuck together’ is normal, at least to some extend.
You’ll find that if you press the larger button until it ‘clicks’, you can then, with the large button held down, also further press the smaller button and make that click.
If it does that, then they’re not really stuck together 🙂
In that case I’d double-check the shifter springs, just in case. See this video by Di2 GP.

Also, since it’s 12-speed Di2.. double-check the button assignment in the E-Tube Project app. Perhaps the button was reassigned?
(springs are more likely to be the issue though..)
