One of the last few countries left in Europe that still feels adventurous? I think so, it should absolutely be on your bucket list to ride on day.

This year its on 29. and 30. of may
You can camp under a fortres in a middle of the city
There are parades,rock music,camping,stunt shows,new bikes expo…
You will not be dissapointed
Great video,i am waching you for a number of years now,and I was so happy to see you riding by my house
I really hope that you come and see bike culture and size of it here
Best regards!
Hi Chris, the peace and quiet in the middle of nowhere! Great video again thanks
Dude, the population in the Anglo countries has been smashed by the Orwellian oppressive states, no wonder everyone is depressed and angry.
People in the balkans are free thinkers, not living in the open air overtaxed prisons 😂😂😂😂
I sort of miss the old unstable Baron but good to see your doing very well !
I think there is a hip-hop song from the 90's – 00's that has "Slobodan Milosevic" in the lyrics.
searches Yep.. MF DOOM – I Hear Voices Pt. 1, 2001.
Chris, do you ever have a nature jack? Like stop somewhere remote, look at your bike, look at the view and have a wank just because you can? I do. People who do not are weirdos.
Deffo need to get out of your comfort zone… because if you never get out your comfort zone shrinks and becomes uncomfortable then you are in a pinch.
Not the most pleasant watch because you've enjoyed a beautiful and needed break but this might help your understanding of Europe's darkest days since ww2 https://youtu.be/dqnfU4w23R4?si=LWg2mxSoorCXeGM4
🐐
Pointy things are Minarets, population is 3.11m
Loving your videos and your philosophy on life. I rode through Europe to Bosnia last year on a 1290GT and would love to go back…now on a 1390R evo, wonder if its doable (answer is YES) 😀
Hey Chris! Love the videos of your travels through Europe. I am curious to know your opinion of whether or not you might enjoy an RT for your touring over the GS.. I believe I’ve heard you mention your interest int he RT in some of your conversations with Al. Would love to hear you elaborate on this. Always look forward to your content. Best wishes.
Great video and thoroughly enjoying your meanderings.
Wanted to add that although I don’t struggle with MH issues I do have friends and family who do, have 3 family members who could no longer deal with their demons.
Listening to you talk about your struggles helps me understand those around me who are struggling. Keep it up BVG you’re doing good work out there.
Well Chris, much like you I love my GS (not a GSA, just a GS) and I did a wild 6k mile run last September from Oregon to South Texas and back. It's a great bike on what you know as "B" roads, but get it out on the highway/motorway and it's not near as fun. I think that's more of a function of the road rather than the bike. The options to go long distance in the States is pretty much interstate highway "motorway" or seriously taking a long time to get anywhere. I'd opt for the latter if I could. Seem to always be on a schedule.
Did you recently switch to Arai helmets?
I enjoy watching your videos even as a non biker, but if you ever come across stray abandoned animals, please try to Google rescues in that country to try to find help and give location / what3words where you saw the dogs. I lived overseas and rescued dogs for many years in a country were dogs are abandoned as rubbish, if not rescued they die a long horrific death of starvation. 😢 @BaronVonGrumble
The Baron is back💪. You inspired me years ago to get my licence. Sinds then done several European trips and currently doing Vietnam north to south. You or and 44 Teeth should definitely considers doing it. Thank you Chris for all your videos! Please keep them coming. Wishing you all the best.❤
Hello Chris. Have you ever taken a roadtrip in the west of Norway?
Might not be the richest country but the roads look in far better nick then the UK!!! Love your videos mate.
The yellow flashing light on the dashboard…
It bothers me…😂
What a trip and roads to die for
Love these videos. You travelled straight through the British sector of 'The Anvil'. It looked very different in '95/'96. Always wanted to go back, just might on the bike now I've seen this 👌
Baron Von Bosnia 😀
What make is the screen spoiler or whatever that is called? These black lengthy bits seem to allow for some real extra extension of the height of the screen. Reason I’m asking is the one I tried wasn’t high enough. This one might do the trick. Nice little ride and chat as ever.
If you download offline maps for google maps you don't need internet then, just the GPS signal (if you don't do that already that is 😂)
Few answers to your questions through the video :
– at the end of the video you were in Croatia, not Slovenia.
– no, you dont need green when coming into Bosnia and Herzegovina
– population is closer to 3mil then 4mil
People in here definitely saw some dark things in the past, early 90s. Some people still live in the past, all they do is talk about the war. On the other side there is still plenty of people who dont care about your religion, they only care if you are good man or an a*shole. Thanks to my parents, I was raised properly. Plenty of people in here still live very poorly, but trust me as I say, they would share last slice of bread with you. Im living all the way down on the south on the border with Croatia. If you happen to pass around here, let me know somehow, lunch and drinks on me. Hope you enjoyed your stay in our beautiful country.
Jeffin’ love watching your adventures, watched them for a decade now I think . They are one of my biggest influences going, and now I’m going to take your advice and try and buy my dream bike with a loan 😂 29.9% APR here I come YOLO Nige . Cheers Chris ❤️
I rode the length of Yugoslavia in 1983, spent a week in the area. This was prewar, but you could feel that something was wrong… We had a fantastic time, beautiful country, it was exceedingly poor at that time. I would love to go back and see the change that has occurred. Your comment about the dog being released in the woods, I noticed a lot of mistreatment of dogs when I was there, everyone would throw rocks at dogs when they showed themselves.
If you wanted to head somewhere where you can ride on on rough roads, hear different languages, lose your phone signal, and be somewhere outside the EU, you could head to the UK
What bag do you use on your bars please?
@BaronVonGrumble
I love 44 teeth but your baron videos are amazing. As an aussie seeing all these European country sides are astounding. How is your mental health going almost a year after the mushroom therapy?
I’ve been visiting Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia the last few years and I’m loving it down there.
Glad to see that smile, can tell that you are a lot happier, so good on you.
Inspiring to see mate ❤
F ing love your channel mate. You got me into biking so thank you for that 🙌 Also the mental health so good mate
Seems like 3 countries with that same bug on your windshield?
The memorial at the road side says
GOOD PEOPLE ARE PUTTING WET CEFIN TO SLEEP!
ON THIS BRIDGE, THEY KILLED BOSNIA MUSLIMS FROM THIS NEIGHBORHOOD,
EVIL PEOPLE –.
VRHPOLJE BRIDGE OF SORROW:
•- MAY 1992 – MAY 2002
Rode there last year as we toured from the UK to the Balkans. The riding northwards from Mostar was outstanding. G video BTW
Yo chris when u come to portugal? would love to see you on these roads !!
Thanks again for another great inspirational video. ❤
Good to see you smile dude loving it keep it up ride safe ✌️
Seems like paradise to me, all that nature, and very few people.
Nice place to ride 😉👊
Tks 4 sharing!
As i get older i suddenly find the GS a bit exciting haha, who would of thought. Love the paint on yours though
I miss my 1250, it was way better in soft mode, best bike ever, did 31k miles in 4 years
