  2. As far as dirt, 100%. It’s hard because he is equally impressive on ramps.
    If you change the landscape of how kids ride a bmx, that means something.
    It wasn’t until I got older I realized that not only was it his smooth style and how big he went, but he kept a lot of that SLC, fuzzy inspired combos in the later half of his career.

  3. Aitken rules. His ramp and street riding were also mind blowing, guy brought burly moves with style and ease to any terrain.

  4. Rad rider and really nice guy. I had the pleasure of riding with him a few times in the early 00’s. I was star struck and didn’t want to come off as fanboy, so I was too scared to strike up a conversation. Luckily for me, he introduced himself. We fingered one another’s palms in an awkward handshake, with out matching broken / crooked fingers 😅
