I genuinely know nothing about bikes. Is this is good for a ~3000km bike tour of Europe? The shop sells it for $1050 CAD, brand new. I'm on a tight budget so this is the highest I want to pay for my bike. Worth it for the price? Is it a reliable bike? Easy to fix? Honestly I'll take any advice or suggestions. Thank you in advance.

to be honest it seems nice should do the trick and still be intact after 3000kms so yeah great choice

If you are on a tight budget and plan to tour in Europe, it would be smarter to buy a new bike in Europe than in Canada. If you buy in Canada, you will have to pay extra to fly the bike from Canada to Europe, which can be expensive.
Have you done any research on the costs of flying with a bike from Canada to Europe and back to Canada?
