Hi!
How would I add a front rack (preferably with low sides) to my 2000s suspension Cannondale Silk Trail.
It has no mounting holes on either side of the fork nor at the center. And of course, it suspension, so that a good amount of trouble in itself 🙂
Any ideas to smart work-arounds and or a concrete front rack made for this purpose?
Thanks a ton!

The bike was not made to have any form of rack on so anything you do will be a kludge.
With how expensive that headshock unit would be to service it’s the last thing I would be going anywhere near with any form of bodgery.
For panniers? Not going to work for cheap, but check out old man mountain. You will need something that mounts on the axle, and some P-clips.
Also the bike looks way too small for you.
