Forgot the picture, picked up today and had to add pedals and a brake. I like the seat but I keep sliding off it.

I had a windsor. It was my daily for almost 20 years. Very good starter frame.
Top of the seat should be parallel to the ground. That should stop the sliding.
Good find, looks great! Get some bar end plugs before you core sample your leg though!
