Hello I have the canyon aeroad cf slx 8 with the sram force e1 and zipp 303. Unfortunately the drivetrain seems in some gears noisy. I tried to fix with microadjust but couldn’t fully remove the sounds. Chain is freshly waxed.
Any suggestions for the microadjust value?

Not really, the upper pulley wheel just needs to be below the cog. Check also the B-screw gap. There’s a tool for it and it should be in the box. Waxed chains can also take some time to smooth in.
If you want a noiseless drivetrain, use oil. Wax is always gonna be louder.
Check if chain is in right position.. it happened to me after waxing, I’ve put the chain upside down. ( it really becomes noisy as F.. and shifts really bad)
SRAM has only one sided chain direction versus Shimano.
So the rounded sided towards the gears.
Which gears?
