If your seat is slipping, take off the post and clean the plastic sleeves inside the frame and of course the seat post. If it’s still slipping take it to a dealer for inspection where you might have to just replace the sleeves. Do NOT over tighten that nut or you risk cracking the frame. It’ll happen at the bottom of that U cutout that splits the two sides of the seat post tube.
