I am constantly buying one piece at a time and just realized that one set of pads is G05S and one is G05A. What is the difference and should I make an exchange if possible?

I believe it’s the material of the backing plate, steel or aluminum. Steel is heavier but cheaper, aluminum is lighter and better for heat management iirc
The A and S refer to the plate backing material: Stainless or Alloy. I don’t run resin so I don’t know if there’s practical differences.
