Honestly the amount of bolts Ive gone through is insane. Becoming really annoying. I transition from two seat heights, knee height while standing for bars and crank spins (learning) & as low as it can go for hops and spins. Im going To purchase what ever y’all come to a conclusion on. Ive been looking at 30 different bolts and have no idea what will last me the longest & will work on my particular frame. My cult frame has an integrated seat clamp, and I just need some advice. Do I go tungsten? Titanium? Cuz chromoly isn’t cutting it sadly? Unless this is just purely the manufacturer issues and I’m buying the wrong brand? Honestly I don’t know so, any help is appreciated.

Add on to the post: I would prefer a bolt and nut both being included in the advice not just a bolt. Im just a pleb who forgot to add this.
Get a quick release lever if you’re changing heights that often… or a mtb dropper post 😉
I know you said it’s integrated – hit the hardware store and jerry rig something up for a QR setup. We got faith in you
If your changing it that often get a RIXXIN frame with a quick release
Get some grade 8 bolts, the ones you’re using look like they’re made of cheese.
You can put a Quick Release Lever on your Integrated Seat Clamp.

Quick release is the way to go. I have never looked back. Hated dealing with Alen bolts
In my opinion, chromoly is probably the best material if you are tightening/loosening frequently. I would make sure that everything has plenty of grease, this will help the bolt tighten. Don’t over tighten. An integrated seat clamp bolt should only be tightened to between 5 and 9 NM. Hope you find the right answer.
Titanium nut and bolt, sourced direct from a hardware supplier haha I ended up getting a set of rear axle nuts, front female axle bolts, a set of stem bolts and a seat clamp nut and bolt, all with titanium washers for around $50.
I get bolts and nuts from the hardware store n
try grease
