found this on FB listed for $360 but seller will accept $300! is this a good deal?
I just want a bike that can be good for getting around town but also be comfortable for longer riding days. Any suggestions, if not this one? Willing to spend no more than $300 if it comes with decent parts/upgrades.

If it has had a good service that is not an unusual price in my area. Adjusted shifting, fresh brake pads, good tires, all the bearings in places like the bottom bracket and wheels have been serviced, etc. If it needs work overpaying by a good 200ish. The one picture is hard to go by.
