I believe it’s separate from the threaded part. The threaded bit is a converter from UK(oldschool bmx) size to the more current US size. I’d screw it back in and use a bearing popper to remove the old ones and a bearing press to fit the new ones. All the best

Looks like the cup is threaded and then the bearings just sit in the cup. When you put the cranks and any spacers back on, they hold the bearings in place

I have pressfit 30, and that’s how mine work
