The wheel is mavic cross-one disc, took off the rim tape and saw that every one of tge nipples are extremely rusty. No rust from outside. Run tubeless.

It’s probably galvanic corrosion. It hppens when you have different metals e.g. brass for the niples and aluminium for the wheel.
That’s nasty looking! What material are the nipples? Brass oxide is green, aluminum oxide is white. That looks red, but steel nipples are unlikely. Perhaps the moisture in the sealant accelerated a reaction.
