10 miles before breakfast and another 10 at lunch time. Will do another 15 miles around dinner time. I am working hard on my recovery from the broken femur 6 months ago, and trying to adjust to the titanium implants.   2. That’s super great!
    I stopped during this cold winter. When I cycle it’s usually every other day for 20 to 30 miles. and I maybe lose 15 to 20 lb in the summer. Cuz I eat so much.
