  1. Hard to tell from the video — are all the pawls in place and not damaged? Are you sure it’s a freehub issue and not the chain jumping over the teeth on the cassette or chainrings? Also make sure you are using an appropriate low viscosity lubricant for the pawls. Something too thick like bearing grease will cause them to stick down and you will get skipping

    How did you track it down to be the hub if it’s skipping gears? The pawls on the hub appeared to be sticking out correctly, which means they would engage on the rim of the hub body properly. only if they get stuck in the body of the hub and can’t move freely, would they be an issue. For skipping gears, I would be more concerned about a worn, cassette chain rings or chain.
