What on earth are you eating at 7.03?
I find on multi-day bike trips that the first few days are the hardest – aches & pains, etc.. but then as you say, your body adapts. It is important though to be as comfortable as possible with the right clothing and an appropriate bike. Still, my motto is 'no pain, no cycling' – gotta be prepared for some discomfort on the way. Just let that dinner at the end of the day (and the endorphins that follow) spur you on!
Great insight, carl thanQ, for your dudilgence, sir 🫡💪 its appreciated.
