After an entire month of rain and darkness, we finally get some well-deserved good riding weather here in the north Black Forest! It won’t last, I know, but I’m trying to enjoy every second I can! These photos are from a ride between Haslach and Freudenstadt – one of my favorite areas for gravel. I feel so lucky to be close to forests and roads like this honestly. I’m sure there’s something “better” than this out there somewhere, but the Schwarzwald is my personal gravel paradise. Worth making a trip here just to ride in those beautiful landscapes!

I am really trying not be jealous but we had freezing rain here this week. At 2 months I get my bike out … And it does not look like this at all either. I miss Europe.
