For context, I had the chain waxed in hot wax bath at bike shop, rode about 250km using that, re applied wax using drip on wax and done about 100km on that. Ive been using a microfibre between rides on the chain. I also noticed the rear derailleur was at a -6 offset, not sure if that was how it came out of the box or bike shop changed it after waxing it? Is this amount of noise when turning the cranks appropriate for a waxed chain or is there an issue? Thanks.
Appropriate noise level for a waxed chain?

idk, seems like you have a lovely expensive bike, why not just pop a bit more wax on and see if it’s quieter after?
The rear derailleur is not indexed correctly. You can hear a slight clicking noise. This is where the chain touches the next cog on the cassette. Go in the E-Tube App and do the indexing (or just play around with the -6 offset until there’s no noise).
