In this final episode of our EuroVelo tour from Lisbon to Amsterdam, we ride from Belgium across the Netherlands finishing in Amsterdam, with a brief stop in Germany along the way. Following the EV19 route, we travel along the Meuse River Valley, crossing the river again and again on a chain of small ferries.
Our journey also takes us through several culturally rich cities, including Nijmegen, Utrecht, and of course Amsterdam—where we spend a few days exploring the bustling streets, world’s largest bicycle parking garage, and even the infamous red-light district before packing our bags and flying back to the States.

Wow what a trip! Thanks for sharing!
Lovely vlog beautiful camerawork. My compliments on the bits of historic and geographical information you put in there. You clearly have put effort in this.
Really enjoyed this. Happy to see you had a great time in The Netherlands. Ever considered moving here?
I’ve always heard and enjoyed Karen carpenter’s version of “Jambalaya on the bayou”…. I never knew Hank Williams version. I assume he’s the composer and original singer for the same number. Thanks for sharing. But with YouTube’s new copyright policy, can’t you play a few seconds (2 to 3 secs) clip of the song, giving due credit to the original artist? It will just make the video so much more dynamic.
Safety through separation. When cars and bicycles aren't mixed together, then you will have less deadly accidents per 100,000 people. Plus, Dutch car drivers are also cyclists. They understand the vulnerability of cyclists.
Here is a video from the channel BicycleDutch about how in Utrecht a road was turned into a moat. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fePpwYCs_JM
I biked the other way alone, from Nijmegen – The Netherlands to Pamplona – Spain. When I arrived in Pamplona I met friends. She is from Pamplona and he's from The Netherlands. The next day was my birthday, so she cooked paelia for us. Beautiful Memories!😊
In the Netherlands 7:00 it should be a fine but usually just a warning
You're a very smart kid. There's still hope for the US yet. 😉
Great video.
It would be better in 4k video quality. Full HD is not so good anymore
Nice video. The ducks you see are geese.
A charming set of films. Chapeau
