Hi!
I've got myself an import, Boardman MHT 8.9, new from Britain, but the derailleur is shot. It keep jumping from 9th to 10th gear on its own, 4th, 5th and 6th gears are ticking and the first 2 are constantly yanked out. I cannot see any visible bending or damage and multiple specialist also told me the same. What should I do?

I’ve also got a new, thing that attaches the derailleur to the frame.
Replace it with an NX or GX, SX rear mechs are terrible and have a habit of snapping off and trashing the spokes.
You need to adjust your upper limit screw
