Gonna bet it’s not compatible.
10 speed Shimano MTB has a different ratio than classic 10-speed Shimano Road. Not compatible.
7 8 and 9 speed road and MTB have the same ratios, 10-11-12 MTB has different ratios than Road, they aren’t compatible.
I’d suggest trying to find Ultegra flat bar shifters, they’re hard to find bit definitely worth it, I found these online in Great Britain, depending on where you live it’ll be easier/harder to find

The microshift r10 shifters will work. Like $70 for a set I believe. Might be cheaper to just find an old 10 speed deore derailleur or similar though
Try a 9 speed derailleur. You can set the limit screws to fit the cassette.
