Hello everyone! I am not a bike genius so I was not able to do this, but if one of you could help me ID this bike (year is no big deal, an approximate picture is enough) and try and estimate a fair price for it that would be nice đź‘Ť. If you need any more pics I'll see what I can do.

That looks 10 years old. The rear brake line isn’t attached. Brakes are mismatched and the shifter is on the wrong side. I wouldn’t pay more than $50-75 tops

NO DO NOT BUY. THE SEAT TUBE HAS BEEN WELDED. THIS IS A BROKEN FRAME.
That shitty looking diagonal weld is a repair, which means the metal in the adjacent weld has been compromised by the heat from welding. This bike is a hospital trip waiting to happen. Run away.
