Those little belt sanders are awesome. I have the Harbor Freight version with 3M belts and it´s done some great work for me over the years.

Going along with this, does anyone know of any caliper brakes that don’t hang so low? I’ve got a frame that could accept bigger tires, but the calipers would rub on anything over 25c

Fuckk yeaahh I need there to be a whole series about cramming the biggest tires on old frames.
I’m running 45c tires on my 1974 peugeot, luckily haven’t needed to get too creative (except for needing to deflate the rear tire to squeeze it into the rear horizontal dropouts because of the chainstay bridge).
I want to push more tire and would need to start dimpling the chainstays even further but not sure if it’s a good idea.
