An informative video not filled with misc nonsense. Thank you for the straight forward information.
Getting my bike to fit perfectly with 4 measurements is absolute gold!
1 and 2… My seat height and position relative to the bottom bracket. (By finding the 7cm point on my saddle)
3 and 4… My handlebar reach and stem height relative to the bottom bracket.
Thanks for making a great bike fit easy to get right.
Love it, also a fit for men but never take in account how a womens area is on the bike. We get pain, a lot of pain in that region.
Why exactly 7cm? Bone widths are different.
11:07 this is "aha" moment for me. I always wonder why I can't sit stable without holding handlebars. This explains a lot.
Love road bikes for cardio and going around. Cyclists though, so super gay good god. In the coffee shop with their wee helmets on and their cleaty shoes and tight lycra stretching over beer guts. And the rest of the time, endless talk about 10mm this, 5mm that, 1 gram this, 4 gram that. And they're still f'in slow as f.
On thing I never seen in the bike fit videos. where you level the saddle, what part you measure? I never seen a flat saddle, all of them have a curve that coming up on the back part sides! How exaclty level, what part? In the center line? The highest part? The lowest part?
My core is more like a pumpkin
Great information
F*** speedplay….the worst pedal system there is. Those things tore my knees up and constantly never felt flat and connected to the pedal

One of the best videos on YouTube, Thankyou ❤
Great video. I'm going to try to implement these techniques
'…now that gravel bikes have made it perfectly acceptable to have a two bolt system on a drop bar bike'. Thank Christ for that! I've been doing this since the late 90s. And also, what is the governing body that decrees what is an acceptable pedal on a bike, drop bar or otherwise? Is it the same one that tells me what I can wear while cycling? And what kind of sunglasses I can have. Snacks?
I like the trick of marking the 7mm spot on the saddle as a way to help address position across different bikes.
70mm width to identify the anatomical center of the saddle does not work anymore nowdays. Too many different saddle shapes and lenght
Great video!!
Just looked at their pricing for a bike fit and nearly fell off my chair!
Pick the right bike size 🤦 good idea 😐
Great, tip #1 i have to buy new bike 😭
My friend is very wrong about the germanic footstyle, the germanic footstyle is very long and thin, the typical british feeet are shorter and thicker.
I did a bike fit with a specialized physiotherapist, this guy was incredible : in 2 minutes he diagnosed that one leg was longer, and that caused back ache. And he showed that a simple exercise could make both legs straight.. that was way beyond my expectations of a bike fit 🙂
