Can I use the eagle powerlock as an replacement

Get on touch with a bike shop that has deals with Sram components. If they have access to distribution center You can ask them for availability first.
Also a bit stupid question, but did you try to search by the “flattop” name?
It’s either flattop D1 or E1.
Eagle won’t work as it has thinner plates.

No, eagle is not compatible. Sram flattop chains are narrower than sram eagle chains
