Specialized bike. Not sure of any other specs and the owners aren’t entirely sure either. Worth it? I might take it out on some roads and trails, but would like to also use it indoors with Jetblack smart trainer with the Zwift cog. 5’10”, hoping someone can also identify and give more info on the bike!

Too big for you I’m afraid. There’s a sticker on the seat tube that says XXL, so it’s really for people well over 6′. Otherwise, hard to complain about any vaguely working bike for that sort of money.
You will need to measure the dropout spacing ideally by looking up the information from the manufacturer. Most road bikes with gears made in the last 15 years or so should be able to work.
