Hi! I just had a flat so I changed the tube for the first time in my life and now the wheel rolls weirdly. There seems to be a part of the tire that is bigger than the rest. Other piece of information, while I was trying to put the tire back on, I couldn’t seem to make it fit on the rim at the valve location.

Deflate, spray some soapy water on the bead of the tire, reinflate to max labelled psi on the tire. The bead of the tire isnt quite popping into place on the rim.
Just means the tire hasn’t seated properly all around. Try to look at the tire near the rim and see if any part of the tire is a little deeper than the rest. As the other commenter said you can spray it with soapy water and try to massage it into place. I’ve had it happen where no matter how much I tried I just couldn’t get it to seat properly and so i left it overnight and it magically popped into place 🤷♀️
Tube is likely installed incorrectly or the tire isn’t actually seated.
Bead isn’t seated all the way around. Pretty common after installing tire/fixing a flat. Can use soapy water as a last resort but id first just air it up to max psi or just a hair over, will often seat by itself (air it back down after). You can also physically grab the part of the tire that is “sunken” into the rim and try to pull it up to where it should be.
