    You can just grab the looped end with a good set of pliers and pull. If you straighten out the other end it will come out with less force but tugging on it is the way!

    take a pair of needle nose pliers and bend the left side of the cotter pin straight and pull it out from the bottom. then your pads will fall out so keep a clean towel underneath and don’t touch the pads. process is reversed for install and make sure you re-bend the pin after insertion

    Get pliers, flattened out the tang closest to the spokes. Then grab the loop end and pull it through. Good luck 👍🏻 installing is the reverse.

    You’ve unnecessarily unbolted the calliper and been defeated by a split-pin.

    I say this without snark, please have someone check your work.
