Very messed up pass. He wanted to squeeze in your space since he was going to pass the island on the right. Neverminding your safety doing it, and oh, there's cross traffic right in front of you both which he wasn't noticing since he was concentrating on the stupid pass. A totally dangerous, close passing, driving boob! Maddening.
