This sprocket is trash and preinstalled on low budget sunday bikes. Please do your bike a favor and get a new one.
Note that chain tension is never 100% accurate. There are too many areas where machining fluctuate. The only way to get less chain tension variation is to avoid adapters (thus, having a 24mm sprocket with a 24mm axle) or spline (but I don’t recommend).

I don’t know what kind of riding style you are doing, but if you ride street with 4 pegs you should look into buying guarded sprocket. I have Sunday Knox v2 and it’s fucking awesome. It is on a heavier side but I did hit it multiple times and done few sprocket stalls on it and it’s good as new.

Looks like you’ve been running it without the adaptor boss in the center. The flaring at the drive bolt hole wont affect anything.
