a toothbrush would take a few seconds to cool so why the jump cut, it wouldnt be needed. More like you used a tool to remove it then melted the toothbrush to the peice of key

ok, this did actually work for me. i used the back of the toothbrush and didnt have to cut it. i had to heat it a few times to get it to flow into the area around the key enough. but it worked.

This was great, I can maneuver through locks. I used a white cheap plastic clothes hanger.
Why not use the handle end then cut it off and you have a smaller brush for your travel bag
