Not seated on the rim properly, let some air out and try and bend it back in. If it’s super tight you might need some tyre levers.

Deflate and make sure the tire is back on properly. Once there air is out, you should be able to push the tire behind the rim. Make sure you check the the tube isn’t being pinched. Reinflate and you should be good to go.

I’ve found that cheaper bikes often have worse tolerances for tires. Which can be nice because it’s a lot easier to change flats, but can result in stuff like this where the tire slips off easily if you don’t have quite enough air.

Kind of the opposite problem that higher end bikes have where the tolerances are so small that it’s almost impossible to mount a tire without using tire levers.

It looks like there is too much air in the tube ,and it is pushing the tire off the rim.

I would deflate the tire and reset the bead on the rim.

Let some air out and push it back onto the rim. You only need 30 psi in a mtb tire
