Currently looking for a bike to train, recreational rides and compete in short distance triathlons (not anything too serious).
Would this be a good all-rounder for those use cases?
Bike is listed for around 1.6k € and it's a TCR advanced pro ccc team Disc 2021

The parts on the bike are more inline with a bike that was made in 2019 or earlier as it is equipped with 11 speed Ultegra. If it was a post 2020 bike with Ultegra it would have 12 speed Di2. There is a chance it is built in 2021 the supply chain issues with bike parts meant that manufactures built some bikes with overstock older parts. I would try to negotiate the price down at least 250 euro. Mismatched wheels, looks like it was ridden for the season and put away. It could easily need a tuneup, without parts that usually runs around 200 euro. If it needs anything like a chain or other parts that can add up quickly.
