One of the few times I agree the report, but still. faces, reg's, logos on vehicle must be blurred. You are not a judge or jury. You have no right posting their faces, or any vehicle details in a negative context until their day in court.

That road looks remarkably similar to Norwich's Prince of Wales Road. It's probably not an excuse, but many people don't get much time for lunch between jobs. I get half an hour and it's definitely not enough time.
