Looking for a used single speed but never see them in my size (i’m 5’4). Is $160 ok for a good condition Lager SE?
Seller is near me, has good reviews, and sells a lot of bikes. I mostly intend to use the bike for city rides under 5 miles. I figure I can also negotiate down somewhat

Sure if it will get you ridin,g get it.
If you consider 160 to be disposable ,get it.
If you really get into the fixed gear life it’s not the most expensive cycling genre. A good fixed gear never more than 600-800.
A good road bike starts at 1000.
What size is the bike? If it’s too big, it’s probably better to wait.
