Could swap the wheels, could swap the cranks, change bar tape to a color you find more appealing, switch out the post, you could do anything. When I get bored of my bike I usually swap to risers/drops and I find myself falling in love with it again. I think wheels might do the frame a good job.

Coloring ia Just a little unbalanced imho. For me its too much is black, so that the red tape and the chrome-ish stem and the silver break lines in the rims feel a little out of place. I would either get an uncoated Aluminium seat post get some polished silver Chain both or just blacken everything. maybe also some red charm for the saddle.

My frame looks pretty similar to yours and I’m using pursuit bars, pretty fun to ride.
New cranks and a nice chainring change a lot too.
