I don’t know for certain and I may be wrong but I believe that frame was from the late 80s early 90s. You can try google with that serial number on the BB there and you may have some luck finding a source for old and mid school BMX stuff. Theres tons of nerds out there that will know for sure what you’ve got.

Pre-1996 was the splatter paint frames. Probably 93-94.
