Okay I’m lost. I cannot figure out what tool I need to remove this BB to refresh this bike. It’s probably 50mm diameter? Can’t measure it from the pedal, and 12 teeth. The 47-12 is the correct tool, right?

There’s a bb tool , several shapes, basically about 12” long round on one side w a hole, squared on two sides to fit d crank side of d bb; other side is hooked to fit that notched ring one d left side of bb (except for some really cool park wrenches where the hook pivots to accommodate different sizes). Anyway, that’s what you use

Looks a bit like a FAG tool, but with way too many notches.
I think there’s a reasonable chance it’s double FAG.
Get a major diameter measurement, if it’s 44mm then it’s probably double fag (ie two 6 notch patterns set 1/12 offset to give you 12 notches)
If these don’t work (eg park bb-4 or cyclus FAG) then stick a pipe wrench on the plastic cup once you’ve removed the axle.

Hook spanner looks like the right thing:

Remember, one side will be reverse threaded, too
