Wear your helmets, guys….please.

A week into restarting my BMX journey and I wrecked….hard….knocked myself out cold and concussed myself…I remember riding up the jump, them magically waking up in an ambulance. I was wearing my helmet, and without it things could have been much worse for me. Thank you Pro-tec! Thanks to the strangers who called 911, and took care of my 8 year old daughter while i was out. Thank you to the emergency responders and the nurses and doctors….I know tou won't see this, but I appreciate you all!!!

Also, I bent the my handle bars. I obviously need new ones. What do you recommend?
