Oh boy, this video reminds me, how much I miss my bikes. I am European and I am visiting my friend in the United States for 6 months, half of that time is over. Since I am not rich, I got myself the cheapest bike from Walmart. This thing is really bad, with simple mechanical V-brakes. Even though my bikes at home are not premium, they are so much better and also having hydraulic disc brakes.
Gonna be honest, the Walmart bike works so far, but the parts wear and fail ridiculously fast. So I am glad I looked for a bike with a steel frame. It's at least not expected, that the frame will randomly crumble under me.
For 20 years I used my DA 7700 groupset, and never I had to do anything to my brake calipers……And so I went to R8000 mechanical, saved me all that work for no reason.

I screwed mine up…pushed in the calipers and they started leaking. Wallke H9 which of course is out of stock.

This is definitely not the quick way. Extra work not necessary but up to you. Good work though.

Is the five ans six bolts rotor standardized? I mean if mine is 160mm with five bolts, can I use any 160mm rotor with five bolts?

Wrong way to bleed
All that tender tech love and doesn't even use a torque tool to tighten down the caliper to 6-8nm or the rotors to 6-7nm!

Your caliper is misaligned a bit there's just a fraction of brake pad not hitting the rotor

Get a propper Disc or check your caliper mount. If your brakepads look like this there is something wrong very bad!
